Heavy-duty Ring Hammer Crusher
HCSC series Heavy-duty ring hammer crusher is a new product introduced and developed from Japan.It is suitable for crushing coal in power plants and has features that the output is up to 200-2000T /H，uniform output granularity, hydraulically open of shell, and convenient maintenance. Monitoring panel equipped for measuring electrical parameters, temperature of main bearing and vibration value, and safe and reliable operation. Equipped with an air volume regulator, the exhaust air is changed to air draft at the feed mouth, which can concentrate dust removal and prevent pollution.
The coal block is crushed initially after entering the crusher under the impact of the high-speed rotating ring hammer, and then crushed again when rushed to the crushing plate and sieve plate at high speed. Meanwhile, the coal blocks also collide with each other. The impacted coal is sheared and crushed between the ring hammer and the crushing plate and sieve plate, flowing from top to bottom, continuously crushed, and discharged from the sieve hole after reaching the required particle size. Debris such as iron and wood is pulled into the debris removal room by the ring hammer and cleaned regularly.
