Main application of Hammer crusher:

Hammer crusher is used to crush all kinds of medium hard and weak abrasive materials. 

The compressive strength of the material is not more than 100MPa，and the moisture content is less than 15%. 

The crushed materials are coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, brick, limestone, etc.

It can also be used to crush wood, paper or waste of asbestos cement with fiber structure, strong elasticity and toughness to recover asbestos fiber, etc. In addition, hammer crusher can not only be used in crushing production line, sand production line, but also can replace cone crusher in mineral processing production line.

The main working part of hammer crusher is the rotor with hammer (also known as hammer head). The rotor consists of spindle, disc, pin and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber.

The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port, and is crushed by the impact, shearing and grinding of a high-speed hammer. 

In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The particles smaller than the size of the sieve hole are discharged through the sieve plate,

The hammer crusher use high-speed rotating hammer head to impact ore, so that the ore is crushed along the natural cracks and joints and other fragile parts. When the ore enters the crushing cavity, it is broken by the impact of the hammer head rotating at high speed. Meanwhile, the ore obtains kinetic energy during the impact process, and rushes to the crushing plate and screen strip at a high speed to be further crushed. In addition, during the whole process, high-speed collisions of ore also produce a crushing effect.
